Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1961) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She's a professor adjunct of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer on National Public Radio's show and The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs Tonight The Imus morning programs, and hosts The Legal Lis radio show. Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and grew up at Yakima within Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima at West Valley High School. She has an undergraduate degree in Arts from Barnard College and an MA in Literature (University of Queensland) in addition to a JD at Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor in the past for the US Attorney. She was the legal correspondent of NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "deputy chief investigatory attorney for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. Her time at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle was from 1995 until 2001. She ran the school's Trial Advocacy Program. Between 2001 and the year 2017 Wiehl was an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
